The Northern Dentel Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dental practice by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and patient records for our dental practice
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and send correspondence, invoices, and other documents as needed
- Maintain and update patient information and records in our database
- Process and manage insurance claims and patient billing
- Assist with the coordination of virtual meetings and events
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality guidelines
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects assigned by management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
