Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. Roles And Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist patients with scheduling appointments, billing inquiries, and other concerns.
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle and resolve patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.

Compensation:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
